When we paid we received a birthday discount on one meal- and when my husband tipped according to the service we received the hostess commented that "Rex said we should tip on the amount before the discount". In other words we didn't tip enough according to the hostess. The tip would have been more if we had been offered water refills, had our empty plates cleared before we asked to have them cleared.August 30, 2016
